If learning to make a cocktail atop a glacier — a spot only a handful of people have stood — isn’t thrilling enough, the helicopter ride takes guests sightseeing over ancient ice formations and pointed glaciers. The master mixologist may even dazzle with a magic trick or two before guests sit down to enjoy an alpine picnic using seasonal ingredients, aimed to pair perfectly with the drinks.
