Referred to as “Canada’s culinary crème de la crème” and among the “country’s best up-and-coming professional chefs,” the culinary talents will compete in a series of elimination challenges throughout the season in order to see who comes out on top.

Vancouver’s own food expert Mijune Pak returns as a judge for this season, alongside chef-author David Zilber, restaurateur Janet Zuccarini, and chef-owner Mark McEwan.

The latest season of the fan-favourite cooking competition show promises a few firsts, including a Bocuse d’Or-inspired (a famous world chef championship held in France) elimination challenge, as well as dedicated events in support of Pride and an Indigenous film festival, according to a news release.
