Aritzia Warehouse Sale 2025: Here's what you can expect

The Aritzia Warehouse kicked off in Vancouver today.
Shoppers who had secured an invitation to the Friends and Family Day of the sale, which opens to the public from Aug. 26-Sept. 1, lined up hours in advance.
People camped out overnight, sale staff said, with the first groups arriving at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The annual sale, held at the Vancouver Convention Centre West, has become a popular shopping event in the city, especially amid the gear up for back to school.
The Vancouver-headquartered fashion company offers clothing such as winter coats, dresses, denim and more — along with accessories — marked 50 to 90 per cent off the retail price during the warehouse sale event. Aritzia’s popular Super Puff jackets were marked down from $375 to $174.99, sweaters from Sunday Best from $118 to $49.99 and Denim Forum jeans from $158 to $49.99. There is also a selection of men’s items from Reigning Champ.
A sale staffer said fleece items, socks and shoes were among the hottest pieces on shoppers’ wish lists this year.
A trio of shoppers, who noted they’ve shopped the sale “many, many times before,” noted this year’s sale seems busier than any year prior.
“Every year it gets busier and busier,” a shopper noted.
“I did not go in with a plan. This was my first warehouse sale,” said shopper Madison Colterman. “I saw some TikToks about how to strategically move your bags, and to grab stuff, go to a corner and kind of horde it. And then sort through it. So, I did do that.”
Colterman left the sale with a large tote stuffed with goods including T-shirts, sweaters and yoga pants.
“They are pretty good,” she said of the sale prices. “A lot of the tank tops and yoga pants were really discounted. Some of the sweaters were still pretty pricey.
“But, really good discounts for Aritzia.”
The sale is expected to draw thousands of shoppers over the eight-day sale run.
