In fall, pumpkin spice becomes the answer to all of life’s questions.

You want a coffee? Pumpkin spice latte.

Looking for a new home fragrance? Pumpkin spice candle.

Need help for your cold, chapped hands? Pumpkin spice cream.

What started as a trend has become a seasonal staple. According to a 2022 study by Montclair State University, pumpkin spice continues to evoke “overwhelmingly positive” sentiments on social media.

“More bluntly put, according to our analysis of social media content, people appear to truly love pumpkin spice, and very few openly hate it,” the researchers wrote.

That being said, here are five ways Canadian companies are spreading that love.
