Pamela Anderson is teaming up with her sons, Brandon and Dylan Lee, for a TV series reboot of her 1996 movie, Barb Wire.

As reported by Deadline, Barb Wire will be the first from Ladysmith’s Anderson and her sons’ production company, And-Her-Sons Productions. The new company will work alongside Universal Content Productions and Dark Horse to produce the show.

Set during a fictional U.S. civil war in 2017, the original movie followed Barbara Kopetski, a.k.a. Barb Wire — the baddest, heavily tooled-up bounty hunter in the free city of Steel Harbor. The character originated on the pages of Dark Horse Comics’ Barb Wire.

According to reports, the new series will revive the Barb Wire character with a yet-to-be-named actress. No dates for production or an air date have been announced. But it would make sense to shoot the series in Hollywood North, as Anderson lives close by on Vancouver Island.

This won’t be the first time Anderson has worked with her sons, who she shares with Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee.

Brandon produced the 2023 Netflix documentary Pamela: A Love Story and the 2024 hit The Last Showgirl, which starred Anderson and brought the former Playboy cover star back into the zeitgeist.

Both Brandon, 29, and Dylan, 27, appeared in Pamela’s reality series Pamela’s Garden of Eden and Pamela’s Cooking with Love.

Anderson recently starred in The Naked Gun reboot alongside Liam Neeson.
