It’s official, Vancouver’s most-anticipated sale of the year returns Aug. 26 to Sept. 1.
The Aritzia Warehouse Sale will run over a seven-day period (eight, if you count the Friends & Family day on Aug. 25) at the Vancouver Convention Centre West (1055 Canada Place, Vancouver).
As in years past, this summer’s warehouse sale event sees clothing such as winter coats, dresses, denim and more — along with accessories — marked 50 to 90 per cent off the retail price.
The Vancouver-headquartered company announced a hiring spree for the annual warehouse sale earlier this summer, with the employment opportunity reportedly prompting long lineups of hopefuls. But those lineups likely won’t compare to the warehouse sale day waits.
The Aritzia Warehouse Sale is well-known for its deals on clothing and accessories — and the massive crowds that it draws to the convention centre area during the sale dates.
Here’s what to know about the 2025 Aritizia Warehouse Sale:
What are the dates of the 2025 Aritzia Warehouse Sale?
This year’s sale starts Tuesday, Aug. 26 through Monday, Sept. 1. Though technically, there’s an invite-only Friends and Family day kicking off the sale on Aug. 25.
When is it open?
The sale’s opening hours are:
Tuesday, Aug. 26 (7 a.m. to 9 p.m.)
Wednesday, Aug. 27 (7 a.m. to 9 p.m.)
Thursday, Aug. 28 (7 a.m. to 9 p.m.)
Friday, Aug. 29 (7 a.m. to 9 p.m.)
Saturday, Aug. 30 (7 a.m. to 9 p.m.)
Sunday, Aug. 31 (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
Monday, Sept. 1 (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
What should I know before I go?
The sale is huge — as are the lineups. So, be prepared to wait to get in. In previous years, some shoppers have even camped out in order to be first in line on the first sale day. Not keen to camp out near Canada Place? No worries. The retailer says new styles will be “arriving daily” throughout the course of the seven-day sale, which means you can find good deals later in the sale run, too.
Don’t bring a big bag if you don’t want to wait in the bag check lineup. Only small bags are allowed inside the sale. All others need to be checked in at the door.
The sale also has community change rooms, which means you’ll be trying on clothes in front of a lot of people. Our advice? Wear easy on-easy off layers, including underwear that you feel comfortable stripping down to.
For payment, the Aritzia Warehouse Sale accepts cash, debit, credit cards and Apple Pay. Aritzia gift cards will not be accepted.

Can I bring food or drinks into the sale?
While you may be tempted to pack snacks and sips to the Aritzia Warehouse Sale, especially if you plan on spending several hours shopping inside the sale, Convention Centre customer service staff advised that food is not permitted.
Water bottles are allowed inside the sale.
Be advised, with long waits outside the venue, it’s a good idea to bring a snack and drink to consume while you’re waiting to get in. Just make sure you’re finished before heading through the sale doors. There are several coffee shops, ranging from Starbuck’s to the buzzy %Arabica pop-up cafe nearby.

How do I get Friends and Family early access for the sale?
You may have heard from friends of friends that the best selection for the sale is found during the Friends and Family day, before the sale opens to the public.
That’s not necessarily true, as there’s new stock being brought in each day of the sale. But it’s certainly nice to get an early go-through of the goods, if you can swing an invite.
So how do you get in early? Well, you’ll just have to know someone who works for Aritizia and has a coveted Friends and Family sale pass to share with you. If not, you’ll have to wait for the public sale, which starts on Tuesday.

What are some the MVPs of the sale?
In a news release shared before the sale, the company teased a few product highlights of this year’s Aritzia Warehouse Sale.
Some of the bestselling styles that are set to be available during the shopping event — at a deep discount — include the Butter Arc Bra Top Golden (regular price $50, at the Warehouse Sale for $14.99), the Lottie Sweater from Sunday Best (regular price $118, at the Warehouse Sale for $49.99), and Babaton Spectre Dress (regular price $128, at the Warehouse Sale for $39.99).
